Welcome to my site it's amazing to have you here. I'm Rita a Self-Worth & Mindset Coach, Author, Reiki & Pranic (Energy) Healer and Inner Child Healing Practitioner.

​

My passion is to help other people realise their worth, tap into their own strength & to witness a transformation from within. I've spent the last couple of years bringing this to life by helping, creating & inspiring.

​

Through my own personal journey of mental health, healing, self-discovery & growth I completely transformed my mental health & my life. I uncovered my true self & identity. Harnessing & developing the tools & invaluable insights to become a support & guide for others on a similar journey.

From my experiences and success I knew I was able to help others, in similar situations, transform their mindset & well-being, diminish their negative self-perceptions and make the true changes they want and that's why I am here. It's the natural shift my life has taken.

My life has taken on a whole new meaning one with purpose, balance, wholeness, emotional freedom & understanding of who I am & how to be the person I choose to be.

​

I live my life by the values & techniques I teach & do this by integrating these solid practices that empower my well-being & mindset to my own daily life. Giving into community is also important to me and I enjoy to volunteer when I can, including with local high school kids.

My business is run with a kind, uplifting, compassionate personality. Providing a safe, healing transformative space to find your way out of the chaos & centering into the calming balance within.

Using my model that I like to call 'Unified Shifting': Shifting & Unifying Mind, Heart & Soul to reclaim our wellbeing.

Mind; our mindset, our beliefs & how we view ourselves & the world around us.

Heart; developing self-love, self-acceptance, self-healing & self-compassion for who we are & what we may have faced.

Soul; our energy body & shifting stuck energy through Chakra & full body cleansing & energising.

My mission is to support, inspire, uplift & nurture human wellbeing. One Mindset, One Life & One Community at a time.
